vlada, rangel is definately chavez' boy.....

he also is the signer of our MOC when he was head of the CVG...but since then i hav'nt seen him do anything to advance LC..imo

also, theres a good chance he mis-directed kry funds given to the CVG to the tune of about $20mil......at least, thats the accusation....

so who knows if it's better/worse if the opposition gets in...all i know is at this point i want to see hugo burn....and i dont see how the opposition could be any worse than what we have now....
