Sasa,

Not sure what the puzzle would be. If you go back and look at report date accumulations and dumps and match them up with the trading days, the volumes will not add up. For 11/14 Ing (1.44M) and Vicis (540K) sold off as well as Tradewindsdumping some (to the tune of nearly 3.9M), and if you add these to MS's dump, the total is well over 6M. This does not take into account the accumulations, which I posted back then and were much more for that report date. KRY Volume on the AMEX was about 718k that day.

I think the MFFAIS reporting was discussed a while back. The trades are actually done sometime between the last report date and the most recent report date. Trades may have been, but not necessarily (and very unlikely), done on the report date.

Unfortunately, we, as retail investors, find out way too late when Big Money, which is what really moves stock sp, decides to get in or get out. MFFAIS is just another tool to monitor and determine for yourself if the Big Guys (who have more information, and the resources to get that information) are bailing, or jumping in overall.

Jim
