True but those folks got themselves in this mess. KRY is being the good citizen and doing what they are supposed to do and are getting the shaft. That, in a nutshell, is the problem. The only fault I have with KRY is they're inability to conserve when things got long in the tooth. I mean, if you are REALLY in touch with the gov't and you see the fog is too thick to navigate, weigh anchor and ride it out. At this point, they would be cash rich and not cash hungry. IMO.
