Yeah, HC is a posterchild for the Peter Principle (rising to the level of one's own incompetence). The documentary's early film of HC showed him focused and optomistic with speech intonations that conveyed enthusiasm and that he would correct what he perceived to be wrongs for VZ.......fast forward to now and he's become a buffoonish clown who obviously has lost his focus and is argumentative, and instead of enthusiasm, he is defensive and meglomaniacal. He probably eats too much sugar or drinks too much booze and has become bipolar. LOL

I think he's 100% the reason why KRY's permit hasn't been issued, and I don't disbelieve he is or was ready to dump us, but hasn't because the Russians haven't bellied up to a contract and he's playing both ends against the middle. But he's apt to get a big fat squeeze out of his dallying. KRY is being smart to just lay low and let it ride, realizing current economic constraints will force Hugo's hand to some degree. If HC himself doesn't side with KRY, then its likely the Russians will refuse to pony up the bucks...and that will force HC's hand. Just possibilities as I see them. Nothing is ever cast in stone with maniacs in charge of government. Look at what Hitler did to Germany. He was flat loopers. HC isn't far behind. Did anyone notice the look to HC's eyes between his early days and now? Just plain loopers is what I think.
