It appears that Gonzalez is backing all our statement with the word TRUE. I also take the phrase escapes the Mibam as meaning they can't understand why the permit hasn't been issued. I'm not sure about the meaning of recovering the mine or if it even refers to Kry but we do know that Sanz denied making the statement that they were giving LC to the Russians or that there was a JV with a combined mine. The last part of the above comments that I underlined explains to me why Sanz hasn't come out and gone to battle for us. If his Russian statements were wrong then they haven't said anything about us except for the term recovering. Rm has said many time that one VZ ministry doesn't publically fight with another department. All conjecture on my part but I'm good with the way I see things shaping up now that the process has moved to this phase.
