no spin on this.....we look bad! i've noticed the last couple articles put less blame on rangel and more on kry.......why did'nt they approve this f'n thing when they could've?

i think the locals just want work and are as/more frustrated than we are......

kry should have made damn sure the locals knew the delay was on the government...
