Thanks for the update Rayzz. It at least helps confirm much of what we sort of thought was happening and just the fact that KRY has the lawyers ready tells me that at the very least the share price will bounce higher soon. If we don't get a response, we will get a settlement and the other option is we get the permit. Now I only hope it occurs before Jan 09 options expire so I don't get even more screwed:)
