As the Goldman economist stated VZ relies on commodities to run the country more than any other Latin country. This is why Hugo is pushing NOW for the referendum of King for Life. The VZ economy is bad now and sinking daily - the longer he waits the less probable he will get the votes needed as all sorts of social programs will be cut back or eliminated. Unless he rigs the ballot boxes, I can't see them voting for him. The permits providing jobs at LC & LB would help him at a time when he's looking at a revolution.
