KRY has already installed 3 water treatment plants and as part of their proposal accepted by Minamb they were asked to "assist in the formation of a local water company"...I wonder if this relates in any way.

Under the cooperation agreement between Venezuela and Uruguay, the Venezuelan Guayana Corporation (CVG) signed with the company Uruguayan Concrete products Rocco SA, a contract to supply drinking water systems, which will benefit from potable water to over 51 locations in the states of Delta Amacuro, Amazonas, Apure, Anzoategui, Monagas and Bolívar.

The agreement was carried out at the headquarters of CVG, where the Venezuelan side, signed the Minister of People's Power for Basic Industries and Mining (Mibam), Rodolfo Sanz, and Uruguay by the president of the company Rocco, Pedro Zafarrani. The event was attended by the Ambassador of Uruguay in Venezuela, Gerónimo Cardozo.

The contract involves the supply, installation and start-up of 51 water treatment systems that include 69 units of water treatment plants regions (UPAs), which has been allocated an investment of 35 million dollars, which amounts to 75 billion bolivars strong.

The owner of Mibam reported that the agreement is canceled with the trust of the oil bill that the country has with Uruguay, which allows people to exchange oil for water treatment plants.
