dog, i've invested in a lot of these high spec plays over the years and have been an "investor" in about four identical class actions when the companies were on the ropes (two of the cases took place around ten years ago)...i've never seen a dime from the suits and two of the companies are still trading on the bulletin boards even though they have no office/operations......

they trade around .0003 PPS with a daily volume of 0-200 shares......

i call them my "lessons learned stocks"......unless there's a miracle i think i'll be adding another......
