All we can hope is for Chavez to get support for his president for life push he makes the miners as happy as possible by issuing a permit. His partnership with Russia won't help much moving forward as they are in a world of hurt also with the price of oil going down. I read in the WSJ this morning that there debt rating was just reduced and they have gone through almost all of their $209 billion in reserves which was made during the oil runup.

I think we are almost there....
