"forced liquidation".....yeah, thats going around these days....the upside is that usually shortly after average retail is forced to sell....then the PPS takes off! or maybe thats the downside...

Re: Bureaucracy...naahhh! that does'nt explain why things that hugo wants to get passed happen within days... i'm not convinced that kry wont get the permit, but i am convinced that kry wont get the permit until hugo wants kry to get it....

i really dont believe decisions of any consequence are made by anyone but him...
