simply put, RML does not have the cash to take on KRY's debt! They are not after the asset (LC), they are after the cash and then get LB/equip. for free. The bid is holstile because GRZ Directors have no interest in selling for less than cash-in-hand.

They are hoping to get GRZ for free through share dilution? What must GFI think?
