Is it not possible that Venezuela has held off granting the permits till RML picks up GRZ on the cheap and then once RML gets GRZ the permits are released? Why would RML buy out GRZ? They get the cash in GRZ with diluted RML shares and a passive guarantee from Venezuela that the permit will be released. Should GRZ shareholdewrs give in and accept then KRY gets their permit? Will GRZ shareholders sell out? I don't think so but you never know. All just IMHO.
