Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
I know that some of you have been in communication with RM on the status of the project and I thought I would pass on my communication with him basically confirming his believe that the project is still moving forward. I did in my email try to get him to confirm that we are in trouble and that confidence in the project with Crystallex has detoriated to near zero, but he is still positive as he should be given his IR status with Crystallex. RM will not show any negative reaction to any emails and he has always remained constant with his views from day one which is the project is a go and he remains positive to this end. I am questioning this, but who knows anything is possible as I remind myself we are dealing with VZ and anything can happen. I mean why has Sanz not confirmed his comments on others getting this project? Oh, and why has Rusco not taken a stab at KRY? Or are they there next target as they attempt to get control of the whole site.

Hi Richard,
Well I see not much has changed (other then a couple of class action suits) in the permit front with Crystallex. You must admit now, other then Venezuelan bureaucracy, that there are other agendas at play and that Mr Chavez has other plans in mind for the deposit at Las Cristinas? While I want to be optimistic about the prospects that Crystallex will be successful in securing a permit to mine Las Cristinas I believe it would have occurred by now. If I am wrong please tell me or agree with me that we are in trouble and headed toward a long legal battle to get some of our investment back from Mr. Chavez?
Thanks
