Could Rusoro be the vehicle for Chavez to get to the gold of LB & LC without paying an hefty price ?.

I don't see how such a microscopic company with no resources ,badly managed financially can take on such a project to start with.

Secondly where the finances to develop the sites are coming from considering the financial world crisis and the lack of financial returns for quite sometime.

Thirdly maybe the dark forces of VZ are working behind the scene using Rusoro BOD ,forget the shareholders,to reach the unreachable, for few crumbs of personal gain, "Miami suitcase" style.
