This raises a very interesting possibility in my mind. The report of the lawsuit didn't say Rusoro trespassed and took drill samples on Brisas even though that is what most have assumed. It said GRZ's property which of course includes Brisas and Choco 5. Rusoro is active at several places in the Choco group of concessions.
It is more likely that they ran a couple of holes into GRZ's Choco 5 concession which is next door to their mill and mine which they got from GFI and Bolivar. If they actually hit a couple of good holes in Choco 5 that might be the reason for this interest, and Brisas is just a smokescreen.
Drilling more holes on Brisas is unlikely to provide much new information. GRZ has drilled that pretty extensively and most results have been made public. Choco however is another matter. Potentially a much higher grade and there is definite commercial grades of gold in the surrounding areas.
