I don't understand why we don't ask a Chavez family member to become part of the board for the Vz subsiduary.

After all, if the Chavez family can be appointed to government positions (I think that is the case) and hold the governership on at least one state then wouldn't it make sense to have them involved in the running of the company? Or is that too capitalistic? Would that be seen as a bribe attempt?

How about as an advisor role? A Chavez family member could be helpful there as well. If they just get paid a salary then, hey, they are part of the team.
