This report obviously mirrors the Reuters news reports of early November. If it turns out to be true, remember that one of the Sanz quotes from those Reuters articles is that there will be legal problems.
Reuters, 11/6......"We have to rescind our relationship with a company that has been working in the zone," Sanz also said, apparently in reference to Crystallex. "We have a legal problem there."
For me, this translates into a settlement.
Assuming the permit would not be forthcoming in the next six months, this outcome might be better than a protracted arbitration.
However, there are so many inaccuracies in the Beltran report that it probably should be taken with a grain of salt.
