I think Obama's new government will present a different attitude towards Chavez and in general, Americas interest in all things South American in a much more conciliatory effort to alleviate existing tensions in a more positive way rather than that of the Bush Administration.

What I meant by "the Russians are coming" is that in my opinion Rusoro is linked to all the questionable "news" we currently are been feed by the "press" as a plan to KILL the share price of GRV & KRY.
