They were concessions turned into JV with permits in place but some were to the end of their mine life requiring more drilling for the new resources .

Financial capitals that Rusoro does not have as yet ;don't lets forget that Venezuelan government is not providing any funds and everything is to be provided by the operator.

At the moment Rusoro is an hot air balloon ,maybe they are just the middleman ,time will tell.
