I was talking about an OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT, payable in full, BEFORE we go to Arbitration.

If you think gold is going to rise, and that Arbitration will take 5 years, the value of our settlement may approximate the rise in the price of gold. Our costs are pretty well fixed, aren't they? Looks like money in the bank to me.
