Denying KRY the neccessary permit(s) and favouring RML are VZ decisions and KRY's first recourse is against VZ based on the BIT.

KRY will have recourse in Canada against RML when and if they can prove that RML acted in an illegal manner to influence VZ officials by deliberately damaging KRY's reputation, bribing VZ officials or infuencing the outcome of this thing in some other obviously illegal manner.

Personally I think that that has already happened but proving it is something else.

I still think that it would be best for us if we were bought out by RML (as long as we get fair value in RML shares) and then maybe we can own shares in a functioning mine instead of a soap opera.
