At twelve cents I figure he'd take out a home equity line of credit to snap up undervalued shares before the big announcement...but perhaps you are correct. Maybe he is waiting for it to slide to five cents before placing another bet. Averaging down has been an excellent strategy to date. Just when you think the bottom is in...it drops another 50%.
