I have to tell you my recent email to Richard expressed a real concern about all the legitation and commentary surrounding Crystallex and the real pessimism toward the future about KRY's future. Richard continues to remain strong; below is his comment:

Hello xxxx. The Company’s disclosure, position and expectations regarding environmental permitting were set by the discussions, actions and correspondence with the Venezuelan Government. You may recall that in the summer of 2007 the Venezuelan Government formally approved and accepted the Las Cristinas Environmental Impact Study and requested a specific Construction Guarantee Bond and Environmental Disturbance Tax in order to process and issue the Environmental Permit. Crystallex posted the bond and paid the tax and the Agency certified receipt thereof.
