either rusoro has illegaly brokered a deal with ven to steal brisas from grz and has made no public disclosure

The beauty of illegal, behind-the-scenes deals....especially in a corrupt sh!thole like Venezuela is that you don't need a formal contract or to register your bribe with the IRS. It's all done with a "wink and a nod". No smoking gun. No evidence of wrongdoing...just the fact that a company like Rusoro gets the permit with no hassle. I don't think that the Canadian government will be able to prove that an illegal contract was made. Why would they even try?
