I disagree I think an alliance with Rusora should be considered. If it is true Ven will only deal with Rusora we should be playing ball with Rusora.
What’s obvious is current and past management doesn’t have a clue what the holdup was or is. If we were going to get the permit it would have come back when GRZ got theirs. Management implied there were only few papers not filled out and that was the only hold up. Clearly there is something else.
If Rusora can get the permit because their name sounds a little Russian, great all the better. I would glady give up a little potienial profit for for a sure thing. Hell KRY Mangement has blown through 200,000,000 waiting for the permit since i first bought. If Rusora could guaranty a permit I would gladly take that merger any day of the week. Even if that was the only thing they brought to the table.
Now this is all predicated on the idea that Agapov can deliver. I don’t know this to be the case. What I have read makes me think it is little possible. Cleary we would want something more concrete, but at .15 cents time is our enemy along with Chavez.
What I haven’t figured out is why GRZ's permit was canceled. Ok Crystallex had ties to Paris, Ven and Chavis cant stand Crystallex. This doesnt explain why GRZ is getting pushed around as well. What the hell happened to the whole environmental thing? Is it resolved? Richard seems to think so but I havent seen a communication on this from Ven. Also I never saw GRZ issue a release on this issue either way. Is their permit still canceled for environmental reasons?
The more and more I think about it only one thing makes since. Rusora or someone has put a bug in Chavez's ear. I can make the area one giant project and give you(Ven) a even bigger share of the pie. Whoever, presented a good plan and GRZ and Crystallex were tossed to the wolves. Rusora can now pickup GRZ and KRY for cheap or wait a few years and get KRY contract for free.
If I was Fung I would call some of his buddies in China and start acting like Kry is a Chinese company. Maybe fly through Beijing on his next trip to Ven. Hell forget that just rename the company to 給我的通行證. We might get a better faster response.
