GRZ, RML ,KRY scenario :

one company ,reason is: none of the three has got enough cash to buy the others out so has got to be an amalgamation or a share buy out.

This possibility has to evolve quickly because none of them can afford to protract the decision for a long time .

Maybe the Venezuelan government would be happy with an entity bearing a Russian denomination assuming the leadership of the trio and having them as subsidiaries working their own division.

The possibility of this scenario maybe is to far fetched and a simpler solution is just around the corner ,time will tell.
