If we don't get the Permit or a settlement from Vz Govt/ within, say, the month of January, do we have to wait until May 27/09 before we can go to Arbitration?

Anyone know? TIA



Crystallex has to give VZ six months to respond before they initiate arbitration. The document was sent to VZ the last week of November.
