This is great news and would only be topped if we saw Fung by a nice chunck of shares here. Does anyone know the rules for the open period of when they are able to buy before a quiet time? Let's say they know the permit is coming tomorrow they all can't load up on millions of shares because there is a quiet period before material events are announced.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
