There is no solution from Crystallex side ;the BOD has given notes to the VZ government to come up with a permit or an explanation about the delay and now there is nothing to do but wait.

The programmable future of Venezuela economic welfare is changing rapidly and this is a concern for the politician; to commit to something that they may regret in the future is their main vision.

It's the same with us regarding a stock which has appreciated in value :do we sell and rip the profit in case it goes down again or wait because it may go higher?

VZ problem is also political , nobody wants to make a decision in case of a negative result which could curtail their political carrier and sitting on the fence is the best solution for them.

Chavez on the other side does not want commitments because he likes to waive his trump card in order to put himself in the spotlight .

In the mean time we wait and wait and for Chavez we will be the solution or the last resort or a plan "B" in case plan"A" fails.
