I have verifiable proof that (lacking financing) we will be bankrupt in less than a year. It is also a known fact that Venezuela has (for whatever reason) not issued the permit....even though its' issue has been "imminent" for years. Time is the enemy = FACT. Venezuela is the "Bolivar Triangle" of the space\time continuum = FACT. No permit with twelve cent share price = FACT. Now...if you'll excuse me...I need to put on my rose colored glasses.
