A reflection of the passed few months by my feelings and my opinion .

Uncertainty:

political factors changing practically every day ,due the oil decline ,the referendum squabble, the Russian dark shadow ,the forceful management of everything in site by Chavez and lastly the ever strengthening voice of the opposition.

doubt :

are we still going to get the permit eventually after all the problems have come to an understanding between the parties or we are not the"" preferred way to go "" by Venezuela anymore ? . Will it be made accessible to an entity which will tray to take over from us ,one,with a reasonable price for share ,two,come in with an hostile bid [like Grz]or will it be ripped from our hands by Chavez and associates with promoting a different status of the law to pursue is own agenda?.

weakness :

the spreading of rumors , broadcasting half truths and then retraction, confusion of whom should be the official to direct our questions and our complains in an ever ending game of " pass the parcel" English style,and finally the shorting retailers ,big and small, having sucked every drop of blood out of the shares have created the situation of where we stand now.

One thing stand clear :

the eternal optimists ,the share holders with to much to loose, the people , like myself, that think ,some how ,we will be coming out of it with a fair compensation for our effort and finally the big boys ,the funds which are still here with us for their own, unknown to us,agenda,

THESE ARE the reasons that this stock is still alive and kicking but unfortunately with a basement price.
