The glue that cemented the brotherhood between VZ and Russia is loosing grip ,the cause is the money crisis and the price of oil.

Having obtained the billions in loans ,which he spend freely in military resources, Chavez now is confronted with the repayments and the mining industry will be providing him with the means.

Russia, having trouble of her own, is not going to invest large capitals in Venezuela in oil or gas ,because the revenues are insufficient to justify the expenditures ,let alone gold which requires large initial resources and a long time to start ripping the benefits.

So now Russia ,having made a dependent out of Chavez and extended their political influence to sud America, is opting to slow down their involvement until better times to come.

This put the ball back in our court and the best chance Kry ever had to go mining because we are ready to go and a newcomer is faced with years of planning and equipment's orders line-up.
