The redemption of shares and joining of Rusoro was deemed by GRZ BOD not to be in the best interest of the shareholders because there was no cash involved in the deal.

I don't think that RML has got the cash to back their claim, their buying is only based on dilution of shares and the hope that the government will be backing them.

That is why there is no deal.
