RML offer for GRZ

Now that RML has doubled since -$.30 to $.65 - which puts GRZ value at close to $2/share, will RML renege on the 3 for 1 offer. Let's see what the Russians word is worth. Or are they going to say the offer is only for the value of RML when the offer was made.
