Hi again. We have all discussed the GRZ issue ad nauseum. GRZ's case is as strong as KRY's. There is no difference, from a legal perspective, in the eyes of a court whether a concession agreement is broken or an operating contract is broken. You know that! In fact I would argue now that GRZ is in a much better position than KRY. It has a better cash position, ability to move on from Venezuela to participate in another venture. Like KRY it has equipment outside Venezuela. Why you continue to believe somehow their status is inferior to KRY's is beyond me.
Add in that GRZ's price is underpinned by a hostile takeover bid and yes I believe they are in a better position than us!
