Take a look at our legal council, their experience with ICSID arbitration with Venezuela? KRY has been able to maintain their MOC without any issues. KRY's case is as strong as any I've seen. Payment of Bond and taxes, after acceptance of EIS, failure to then deliver the permit certainly seals their case. Once the Canada/Venezuela BIT runs it's course then the gloves come off and you can kiss mining LC goodbye. May 28 will come fairly quickly.
