Teutracker, The PetroCumarebo JV with PDVSA is still in place, hasn't work out well for PFC as you can see by their share price, played this for a few years, did well, has been out for over a year, what has been terminated is an agreement to acquire a 30 percent working interest from Chevron's Cardon III Block exploration block
