Institutional ownership on MSN Money (as well of other sites where this is available) shows that US Global owned 2.8M shares of Kry in late Sept 2008, having picked up about 660k. The MFFAIS disclosure is dated Jan 2, which means the trading occurred after their last report and prior to the current. Tax loss? Hardly likely they made the 2M+ move on Jan 2 as Kry volume was about 600k on Jan 2.

MFFAIS has been known to have info problems in the past. However, I have watched the site closely and know US Global is not a new holder of KRY.
