Good Morning Silly-- You have a great idea !!! Vz. has a 100% stake in the deposit now but why don't you sign whatever you hold over to Hugo. It will take the pain out of your life and you could tell Hugo it is a bribe from us.I'm sure that would help us all more than any thing else you can do. OF
