Interesting that RM would throw that little tidbit in about the Canada-Venezuelan treaty. Thinking about that, it seems like a hint/point that VZ would really not want to srew up their relationship with Canada. This is too big of an ironclad contract. Canada would HAVE to react strongly to such a violation, and that, along with all the other negatives for VZ doing a nasty, is maybe what RM was saying to us. Sorta like 'I can't confirm anything cause my hands are tied, but look closely at this'.
