The belt of the president

The president has to act as a good father and in confronting this crisis cannot sacrifice his children than make a compromise to tightenhis belt. That's why we insist, not to burden people with a payload nor repeat the same recipe all the previous governments: devaluation, higher taxes and more inflation, always doing more for the poor who have less.
The people are very clear, Venezuelans do not want re-election, we want to resolve our proposal which has 3 basic routes: first, ending with the level of expenditure that do not benefit the Venezuelan people, and second, at all costs avoid sacrificing the people with the worst punishment that is inflation, and third, Foster private sector participation to address the crisis.
In the first place cuts on unnecessary expenses:
1. Cut the free commitments to other countries and put back those investments that have not been implemented yet and that are not justified outside of Venezuela, generating employment and welfare in other countries instead of here. This could represent between 10 and 15 billion dollars.
2. Leaving the buying of arms only for military parades that the President loves but do nothing against the real war of Venezuelans that is insecurity and economic crisis. This could represent between 5 and 10 billion dollars in savings.
3. Cancel the nationalizations have not been realized. The Government need not be the master of everything for which there are clear rules and compliance. This could mean about 3 to 5 billion dollars would be spent.
4. Stop the waste and the vast government bureaucracy, really tightening the belt in such things as permanent allowance, travel, personal expenses and security of the President and his entourage, as well as senior government officials and their relatives. All this could reach to about 2 to 3 billion to $ 5. Seriously tackle corruption. Corruption has been an incalculable bleeding for the country , it is clear that the government pays 3, 5 and 10 times more than what they actually have too.
A serious commitment on these lines would allow an overall saving between 20 and 30 billion dollars, are essential at this time to achieve what we emphasized in our second line, to avoid the sacrifice of the people.
