My impression of the different management styles has to do with the position each company has been placed in.

KRY is in a wait mode, but seems confident of a positive outcome. This position does not necessarily condone continued and ongoing PR.

RMFLL is in an aggressive takeover mode with lots and lots of confidence and support of the Vens. This position requires consistent and ongoing PR, at least in the short term.

GRZ is in a somewhat defensive position with lots of confidence that they are worth a lot more than the offering. This position also requires consistent and ongoing PR, at least in the short term.
