Yes Vlada Sorry about taking so long to reply, just a long long day. I was talking about the ICSID case pending againt Venezuela by Vanessa or Infinito whatever there name is right now.

I noticed a lot of freinds helping out with there opinions on this string. Thank You.

Possibily our permit was delayed due to "legal problems down there" (Sanz) specifically the vanessa/infinito ICSID case.

If anyone wants to help me with the timeline I would like to know-

1) What date was the LC tax/bond paid?

2) When was the famus statement (from Thompson) about permit soon or imminent (something to that effect) made?

3) What day did the ICSID infinito/vanessa case not get thrown out like Chavez and Venezuela expected it would?

At about the same time the Vanessa suit gained some traction is when our progress halted. IMHO.

4) Doesn't this particular ICSID case conclude soon?

5) Could we be a go after this case is concluded?
