On today's prices RML could make an offer of 1 of their shares for 2 of KRY and still claim it was a "premium" offer, just like they did with the GRZ offer.

KRY is 25 cents CAD, RML is 70 cents CAD so the premium would be 10 cents a share or 40%....

I'm not advocating anything but it just shows how crazy relative values have become.
