Gold Reserve paid 3.00/share for Las Brisas, IMO, for nothing!
1.The ground was nationalized in 1976 and therefore belongs to the Venezuelan Government. Therfore, GRZ CANNOT have a "CONCESSION".
2. GRZ, unlike KRY, don't have a contract to mine the area, and without a contract, how can they obtain a Permit.
3. IMO the stock isn't worth anything at this time, except for the investment in a few joint ventures with KRY, constructing roads, an airport etc. and cash reserves.
If they don't own the land, and they haven't got a contract to mine, and they can't get a Permit, just what did they buy for 3.00 per share?
In any event it would be foolish for KRY to even consider becoming involved with GRZ under existing terms and conditions.
