The JV is between VZ and Russia and not rusoro.

In-fact they proclaim Venrus "CA "which stands for Canada and RML is taking advantage of the name similarity to push their agenda.

They could eventually be an affiliate but not the main body.

This New venture is to big for one entity to mine at the same time ,so they will need the smaller companies in their diversity to do the actual digging.

The ones that i know with a different degree of readiness are KRY , GRZ , RML.
