It seems an impossibility for Chavez to do this and is not really characteristic of Venezuela's past actions. The "ousting" of KRY and GRZ without proper and adequate compensation would be a new phase of his socialistic mandate. The timing of this is all very interesting... one week before GRZ holders decide to tender their shares or not to Rusoro.
We don't know the details other than what was in quotation marks. There is a lot more that has not been said. We need to know our standing but for some reason, Venezuela does not want to tell us. I've been a Crytallex shareholder since 1997 and I'm not really suprised by anything anymore. I just wish we could get on with building a gold mine. I haven't the foggiest notion of how Venezuela and Rusoro are going to attempt this. I think the President is probably ill-informed but highly compensated. In the end, Kilometro 88 has no real solution.
