Does anybody have an idea of the total amount Crystallex has put into Social programs MOA costs?

I am talking about the housing, clinics, new hospital, roads, sewer, etc that were put in.

I am trying to formulate how much we have spent as part of our commitments in the MOA. All these expenses should be returned if the contract is canceled. Please add to the list. I realize the gold is were the money is but I would like to get an idea outside of the gold. There is no way we will get all the gold in the ground in a lawsuit but these expenses should be returned to the investers %100.
